Ingram Micro, Inc. Eastern Operations Center, Amherst, NY

The CRS Companies developed and constructed the steel-framed, brick veneer, two-story, 80,000 square foot office building owned and occupied by Ingram Micro, Inc., the world's largest distributor of microcomputer products. The company relocated and expended its former Buffalo operation into this facility. Construction began in October, 1991, and the facility was occupied by August, 1992.

Limestone Office Park, Amherst, New York

A 19-acre office park; involved the installation and construction of single and multiple-tenant, one- and two-story office buildings ranging in size from 7,000 to 50,000 square feet.

Elderwood Affiliates, Inc. Corporate Headquarters, Amherst, NY

A design-build of a 10,000 square foot corporate office headquarters for a company that is an owner and manager of nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine, P.C., Amherst, NY

A design-build 5,000 square foot medical office facility located in the Limestone Office Park. This facility was specially designed to suit the needs of a group of physicians specializing in non-operable, sports-related injuries.

Physicians Office Building, Dewitt, NY

This is a one-story, 7,200 square foot, design-build medical office building, with Dr. Jack Yoffa as an anchor tenant. It is the first of a five-building, 40,000 square foot office park.

2361 Wherle Drive, Amherst, NY

The CRS Companies acquired this 18,700 square foot office warehouse facility, which included three acres of land for future development. Since acquiring the property, CRS has upgraded and improved most of the building, repositioning it from primarily warehouse use to office use.
